Dara with more than 20 years’ experience in the field of commercial property, has an extensive knowledge of commercial property and business transactions and is an expert in acquisitions and disposals on and of business parks, industrial estates, licensed premises, hotels, mineral extraction and waste infilling sites, and development of both residential and commercial land.
Notable cases Dara has acted in include:
- Acting for lenders in the refinancing of multiple care homes nationally and in securing loans for purchases of shopping centers.
- The passage of a private bill for the London Docklands Light Railway with parliamentary agents.
- Leasing of retail units on the Olympic site in London.
