Colemans team growing – a warm welcome to new recruits!

Colemans is delighted to welcome two new recruits into the ranks.

Sophie Hamilton qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and worked for a magic circle firm in the City in the field of corporate law before taking a break from the law to teach. Sophie has now decided to return to law, but this time with a very different focus on…private client work. Sophie joins Colemans well-established Private Client department to focus on a more personal side of legal work, advising people on planning for later life in terms of wills, trusts, Inheritance Tax mitigation and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

In addition, Clive Hitchen has also recently joined Colemans. Clive started his legal career in the City, before moving west. He was a partner in a Buckinghamshire firm for 30 years and now joins Colemans as a consultant solicitor. Clive has a wealth of civil litigation experience and expertise and will broaden the existing litigation offering for Colemans’ clients.
