Simon, you have been a fantastic partner to work with on our sale and purchase and when dealing with some difficult situations we’ve been reassured by your counsel.  We’ve always been very glad that you have been on ‘our side’, fighting our corner.  Your identification and explanation of some of the more unique features of our purchase (e.g. Rent charge) was very helpful and laid out in a clear manner.  On a personal level I always greatly appreciated your frank assessments of the conveyancing games being played by other parties which again was very reassuring in some of the darker moments.  We don’t plan to be moving again anytime soon(!!) but if we did we would be sure to come back to you.
